I had the wonderful pleasure of dining in the Presidents' Boardroom on Monday evening. While my purpose for the visit was for business, I must say it was hard to focus on the matters at hand. The room was set beautifully and the food was just AMAZING. The baked potato soup shooters for hors d'oeuvres...Incredible! Our four course dinner was paired with the perfect wines. From the Poached Shrimp Cocktail, to the Spinach Salad dressed with manchego cheese and candied pine nuts to the Filet Mignon (paired with baby artichokes.....my favorite) and finally, the Peanut Butter Ice Cream with a warm chocolate fondant, I was one happily stuffed gal!
But Nana is just one piece to the magnificent puzzle that the Hilton Anatole has to offer. For any size wedding reception, anniversary party, charity event or corporate function, the Hilton Anatole has it all.
